Methodical serves as our primary roaster. They’re based out of Greenville, SC. You can typically find their beans on our menu pretty easily!

Adrift is a roaster from right here in Knoxville! We’ve usually got them brewing in shop and also have their beans available to take home.

La Cabra, born out of Denmark, has locations all around the world. They work with trusted coffee sources and importers and harvest with both intention and seasonality in mind.
